New to the older cars and I'm no expert mechanic

So I've got a 351c 2v in a f100 I'm unsure on what's been done to the motor
Or but for the most part looks stock to me except electric ignition.
Motors still reasonably healthy beside a slight lag/flat spot when taking off
I'm wondering if anyone's bought one of the side mounted superchargers with
Intercooler and if I were to run one what would I need to do/get in terms of
Heads, cam, rockers, intake manifold and carby.also read there's a certain type
Of carby to get if you are going to run a supercharger.

Advice tips would be great. Thanks

Without knowing anything about the engine, a lag or flat spot taking off could be a weak or non-functioning accelerator pump in the carb., partially clogged idle circuit or maybe retarded ignition timing.

Can't speak about the supercharger idea as I've no experience.
Cleveland heads work pretty well. I don't think changing heads would be worth it, especially if you are contemplating forced induction.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge regarding a blown Cleveland will chime in.

PS--I'm currently building a 4V closed chamber engine for my 1989 F100. Had a 4V 351CJ in a 1979 years ago. Was a lot of fun. :)
