Hey guy's

still working on my set up I can get a almost new set of flat top pistons.
They has been installed just for a test. (Sealed Power L2379)
I guess this will be perfect to increase the cormpression as currently only dished pistons are installed.
Pistons looks greate but the question is would you buy this piston and are the writ pins reusable?

THX

With a small cam, you do not want to increase compression.

I still have no cam for the build but the reason for the CHI heads was to improve power and this by a littel more compression arround 1:10.5 or so.

I lost the Focus on the engine project due to another project I have in my Garage.
But I got an Appointment with an engine builder beginning of Sep.
Even when the block is messurered and I know more about the bore and compression I will come back on the cam Topic.

In the meantime I found some no parts so I can update my part list:

351C stock bore block or 351C block 0.03 over
CHI 2V Heads
Edelbrock Air Gap Intake
670er Holley or 750 cfm
MSD Ignition 6AL
Harland Sharp Roller Rockers
TCI Rattler Balancer
Hedman Headers & 2,5 FlowMaster
Ross forged Pistons
Eagle forged connection rods.
B&B Performance stud rods
Ford racing guid plates.
FMX Tranny 9" rear end
Melling oil pump standrad volume.
Howards Retrofit hydr. Roller Lifters or Ford Racing Roller Lifters (DogBone)
Regrinded crankshaft and oversize main bearings and Connection rod bearing

Still missing:
Water Pump
Timing Set(do not reuse the Comp Cams) intent to go for Rollmaster
Timing Cover (got 3 of them but all of them have got marks from corrotion)
Push Rods
Camshaft and Camshaft bearings
