Hi Brent, its a 670 quick fuel HR The car rarely gets driven during the winter and I only drove it around the block a few times in the spring. So when I took it in for emissions test, required here, it passed fine at 2500 but too rich at idle and I wasn't able to adjust and keep it in the green. After I sent that 1st post I thought I should go and try to clean out the air bleeds before doing anything else.

Even the smaller holley 580 I think, I had to screw the idle air jets almost all the way in to get a decent idle. i.e. 1/8 th turn out.

What’s the timing set at? Also, where are the float levels and fuel pressure at?

Timing is10 or12 btdc its right on the old mark. Fuel pressure though is 9lbs on one gauge and 8 on another. Hmm last year when I smelled gas while I was parking the car, I looked under the hood and my fuel pressure regulator was leaking. It was a 1 yr old Holley regulator. I took it off and ran straight hose and kept on driving until now. The gauge was on the regulator. I forgot to order a new one and didn't see a need for it. The car was running great, until now.

I know its suppose to be 6.5 lbs.

Float levels are slightly above the center line.

Fuel pressure and float levels are too high then. You can run at around 5 psi.
