I think the models that will work are:

M-9224-A331 or M-9224-b351

FMS/Roush intakes

looking to replace my M9224-A351 spider type with one that does not require a turkey pan.

my 4v heads are already epoxied for the raised ports, I just want a similar intake that does not require the turkey pan.

i do not want the smaller port ones for the c302 heads.

you can call /text me at(832) 833-0893

thanks,

 mike

okay, I found one of the M-9224-A331 "Torker Style" intakes and have been running it for a while. Lets just say im not over the moon on it performance. It just seems like it doesnt have nearly enough top end power.
The Dyno and common sense tell them that its choking down and limiting my performance on the 381C. It needs more intake.

Does anyone have a more race'ier intake that has a solid built in valley pan that will work with Stuffed 4v heads?

I also have a A351 SVO Spider type, but HATE that it doesnt have a solid bottom. Its already been cut down for a 9.2 Cleveland deck.
Im trying for a work around, but not confident I have a solution figured out.
I just really want a higher flowing, solid bottom intake that will work with my epoxied heads.

Thoughts appreciated.
If you have something, feel free to call or text me.

I'Ve got a call / email in to CNC Motorsports who i believe is the distributor for the the CHI intakes.
Maybe they have them in stock in the US now, but they didnt a while back.

Does anyone have an real work experience in using this intake on a iron 4v head that have the lower ports stuffed?
Thoughts appreciated.

The Track heat doesnt specifically talk about it being a high port, so I wasnt considering it at this point.
I almost wish these heads were not already stuffed / epoxied.

Thanks,
Mike

It's going to require a lot of porting, but here is an option.

Oh, and the part numbers are M-9424-xxxx not m-9224-xxxx. Fixing that might help you with your search.

You could also buy one of the air supremacy intakes from scott cook. I doubt you'll have issues with high rpm running that thing.
