Great videos bro. I watched #'s 3 and 4. I subscribed. I have talked briefly with your buddy Thomas. Is he helping you with the 427?

No Tom is not. I am working with Tim Meyer, really just just changing over to aluminum 427. Right now at 1.84hp per ci, be nice to see 2hp per ci.

I subscribed as well.

You need a Lykins cam in that 427!

Hey Brent, I am going to run cams I have through my Dyno 2000 program, it always seems to be on the spot. I bought a Roller Cam from Crower, was on clearence for like 2+ years, they gave it to me for $150 bucks shipped. 290/294 @0.050, with 790/738, 110 in at 106. What do you think. Well at least we will how much hp is lost through aluminum block.

Well, if you’re adding 20 cubes, it’s theoretical that you will gain the power there that you will lose from the block material. Hopefully the block will be rigid enough that losses will be minimal but I have yet to see it from other cast aluminum block manufacturers.

I sent Kid Vishus a camshaft to replace the one that Crower ground for him and he gained almost a full mph in the 1/8th. The Crower cam had too much overlap.
